What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 ducks on stock bodies — enough for a small event — with bulk tiers that drop steeply at the thousands a duck race or a season of retail needs.

How fast will my ducks arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and printed stock-body ducks ship in about 2 weeks. A custom mould adds time on the first order only, because the tool has to be cut and sampled.

Do rubber ducks need safety testing?

Accepted Answer

Treat any duck a child can reach as a toy. That means testing for phthalates, heavy metals in the paint and small parts, plus an age grading. We supply current test reports with the order rather than on request.

Why do bath ducks go mouldy inside?

The squeak hole draws bathwater in when the duck is squeezed, and it sits inside warm and dark. The black specks people find are mould. A fully sealed no-hole duck cannot take water in at all.

Can a duck squeak and be sealed?

Accepted Answer

No. The squeak needs a hole and the hole is exactly what lets water in. It is a genuine either-or, and we would rather you chose it deliberately than discovered it later.

When is a custom mould worth it?

Accepted Answer

When the volume is high enough that the tooling cost per duck stops mattering, or when you will reorder — the tool is held, so later runs carry no tooling. Below that, a dressed stock duck gets most of the effect.

Will printing survive the water?

Accepted Answer

Ours is applied to survive water and handling. A logo that washes off in the bath is worse than no logo at all, because the thing that failed is carrying your name.

Do you redraw artwork?

Accepted Answer

Yes, free. A duck is a small curved surface, so fine detail and small type distort. We redraw at the right scale for the body and show you the difference on the mockup.
